Q. How do I know what training my organization needs?
A. We will do a Training Needs Analysis for you, if you wish. Or we can show you how to do one yourself.
Q. Do you have other courses available that are not mentioned in this booklet?
A. Yes, we have only described our most popular programs. We can customize other courses for you on request.
Q. Do you offer any courses in corporate wellness?
A. Yes. One of the overiding objectives of our Team Building programs is the promotion of health and wellness in organizations. We also offer specific modules in Corporate Wellness that can stand-alone or be added as a special feature in another program.
Q. What is the maximum class size?
A. For an experiential team building course a group should be no larger than fourteen. If you have more than 14 people, we will divide you into groups accordingly - one facilitator per group. When we determine class size for our other courses, our criterion is to allow for maximum individual participation. Therefore, in a one-day course, classes should be smaller (12-14 people). For a longer program (3 days), we can manage up to twenty-four participants.
Q. Do you have any ‘off-the–shelf’ courses that can be purchased by an organization?
A. Yes. We also customize the program to suit your needs, train your trainers and pilot the course as part the program package purchase price.
Q. How will I know if the training was effective?
A. We will evaluate the program 6 weeks to 6 months later to determine whether the skills have been transferred to the workplace.
Q. How much will a training program cost?
A. It depends on the duration of the course, the number of facilitators required and the extent to which we need to customize. We price our programs competitively and we offer exceptional value-added features with all our courses. For example, we often include our needs assessments and a follow-up at no additional cost.
