Jane is the President of Training Task Group and a training professional who has been working in the field of adult education since 1980. Prior to founding TTG, Jane was the manager of Professional Development and Training at Algonquin College Management Centre in Ottawa, Canada. Jane manages the company and our consultants on a wide variety of educational projects across the country. Under her management Training Task Group International has grown from a small consulting company to one of the largest training companies in Canada. Her graduate studies at University of Ottawa include a Masters Program in Education Administration.
Michael Trottier

Michael is Vice President of TTG International and founded the company with Jane Tilley in 1985. Having studied Adult Education and Organization Development at the doctoral level, he is an internationally recognized consultant in Leadership, Change Management and Team Building. He facilitates a decision-making process that leads clients to make the best use of decreasing monetary and human resources in the public and private sectors. He facilitates bilingual workshops in Canada as well as in the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Latvia, Denmark, Hong Kong and Tunisia.

Training Task Group's Associates
Each of our associates has been carefully selected and has worked with TTG for over five years. Each holds a Master's Degree in Adult Education or has post graduate training in Adult Education. They are trained in TTG methodology so that each program presented to clients is of consistent quality. Additionally, our team facilitators have special certification in Experiential Training and Facilitation Skills.
Peter Kincaid
Bachelor of Education, University of Toronto (Physical Education and Geography)
Peter joined TTG International in 1999. He has an ACCC Level II certification and is fully versed in Challenge Course Training and Technology. Along with his ten years of teaching experience, Peter also brings to our REACH Teambuilding programs a profound belief in and understanding of experiential teambuilding and the benefits it affords work groups. Peter is bilingual, and also is a skilled facilitator and meeting manager. He provided one-on-one coaching to our 360 Feedback clients.

Suesan Danesh
Suesan is a key person at TTG. She manages all our training and consulting projects, especially our Web-based 360° program. A graduate of the University of Ottawa, she was a project manager with a large engineering company in the Middle East.

Vaughan Campbell

Vaughan has delivered workshops since 1990 in the area of Change management, Team Building, Leadership, Client Services, Consulting Skills as well as related Management courses such as Conflict Resolution and Decision Making. He has conducted workshops in Canada and in the United States, including Dallas, Minneapolis, Boston. He teaches an International Leadership Course in Malaysia and Singapore. He is an excellent facilitator and meeting manager who conducts Strategic Planning sessions for our clients. He provides one-on-one coaching to our regular 360º Feedback Clients.

Mark Peacock

Mark is a bilingual workshop leader and facilitator who is able to help groups reach consensus on difficult issues. He has taught our Leadership Courses as well as Team Building, Customer Service and Communication Skills.He often facilitates decision-making processes for our clients.
He has an ACCC Level II certification and is fully versed in Challenge Course Training and Technology. Mark manages our outdoor Leadership and Team Building Sites at Mont Tremblant, Strathmere and The Wakefield Mill. He provides one-on-one coaching to our regular 360º Feedback Clients.

Mary Jane Sterne

Mary Jane is a senior management consultant with a comprehensive background in Training and Facilitation, Competency Profiling Human Resource Management, Project Management, and Information Technology. She has been the Project Director for a multi-million dollar BPR project; the Director of an information technology department; the Human Resource Manager for the technology function of a large crown corporation; and the Director Training & Development Worldwide for an international high tech company. Her graduate studies at Queen's University include psychology, human resource management and information technology.
